Shipping Policy

W|by Crystal White wants you to have your pieces in a timely fashion. Please allow 5-7 business days for order processing. All orders are shipped via UPS, unless otherwise stated.

Tracking information will be sent to the email provided at checkout as orders are shipped. 

**W by Crystal White is not responsible for lost or stolen packages. Please contact your local post office or carrier for assistance with your shipment.**

 

Return & Exchange Policy

Due to Covid-19 and the sensitive nature of our items, all purchases placed after 2/10/21 are final sale. No exchanges or returns will be allowed. 

The only exception to the aforementioned, is if an item is received in error (i.e. wrong size, color, or style shipped to customer.)
